Coronavirus Updates

We want to provide you with an update on our processes in place to ensure that we are meeting all of your needs while also maintaining the health and safety of our clients our staff.

The IRS announced an extension of the tax filing and payment deadline from April 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020. No interest or penalties will be due on either 2019 income tax or first quarter 2020 estimated tax if paid by July 15, 2020. Governor Kemp also announced that Georgia will conform with the federal tax filing extensions. We are continuing to monitor filing guidance as it is issued from federal and individual states. 

As you know, service to our clients is our top priority. All of our staff are working diligently to meet your needs, including the upcoming tax deadlines. At this time, we are still operating under normal office hours, but have also implemented the following processes regarding electronic data and remote capabilities.

Data Delivery:

Our office is currently open for normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, for the safety of you and our staff, we encourage you to send information to us via the following methods:

For the safety of our staff and clients, if you do plan to drop off or pick up in person, please call the office (770-531-9499) when you arrive and someone will come out to assist you at your vehicle. 

Electronic Signature:

Many of you have already opted-in to our e-signature platform for your 2019 tax filings. If you have already opted-in to this option, you will receive an e-mail upon completion of your return with instructions.

If you did not previously elect this method and are interested in this option, please feel free to contact us.

We will notify you upon completion of your return(s) and discuss options at that time including e-delivery or mailing of the completed package to your preferred address.


Remote Capability:

We have been operating in a paperless environment for many years. These processes, along with our technology infrastructure allow us to work remotely with ease. All of our staff have the capability to securely work from home in the event that is needful or necessary.
